Misonix Compact Waterweb Scrubbers

Misonix, Inc. Compact Waterweb Scrubbers are flexible systems with extremely high removal efficiencies and low cost of ownership. The heart of the system is the proprietary Waterweb Mesh – a high efficiency, structured packing material. This novel packing consists of layers of woven PVC-coated fiberglass mesh compressed and bonded together into a 2-inch thick block. This thin block has the equivalent internal surface area of 20 feet of conventional tower packing.

MYSTAIRE Compact Waterweb Scrubbers feature flexible operating modes and are much smaller than competing systems with comparable gas flow rates (1-2,000 SCFM). Gases and scrubbing liquids are scrubbed in a co-current mode, while the liquid can be recirculated to enhance thorough scrubbing action.

The scrubbers can be constructed of PVC, PP, CPVC, stainless steel, FRP or PVDF. They are completely self-contained with a fan, recirculation tank and pump, and operator controls and instrumentation. Standard and custom designs with standalone or complete system integration capabilities are available.
