1. Brief introduction
The products utilize large power IGBT modules, extremely stable, high efficiency, long lifespan dehydroxylation quartz glass structure (Patented by BNP), special Ozone-resistant dual pipeline design, world-class essential components and patented world-leading intelligent design.
2. Feature
The most important part of the ozone generator is the discharge tube.
The electric parameter and mechanical strength are the main factors of the ozone production efficiency, reliability and flexibility.

Every discharge tube is tested with 3 times of the voltage in the factory. The breakdown voltage is 3 times higher than the highest operation voltage.
2.1 Advantages of the dehydroxylation quartz structure material compared to glass:

l The ozone generator output is stabilized or adjusted by controlling the dedicated power supply which controls the ozone concentration.
l The power supply unit output is connected to the ozone generation chamber and high voltage electrode by specified power cable and high voltage connector.
l The safety and reliability of the electric components are ensured by the components' safe current and voltage.
l The power supply unit output voltage is 4000V.
l BNP ozone generator output adjustment is controlled by current control, which is a more efficient and safer method.
